Art historian, writer and curator specialised in modern and contemporary art, photography, architecture and material iconography.

Practical experience in museums and galleries as well as in scientific, journalistic and editorial fields.

 

Freelance writer and curator (since 2012). Art director and board member of the Dorothea Konwiarz Foundation, Berlin (since 2020). Doctorate at the Department of Art History at the University of Hamburg (2017). Research assistant (2012 - 2014) and lecturer (2015) at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld in the Department of Design, Photography and Media. Worked for the archive for the research of material iconography in Hamburg (2009 - 2010). Studied art history as well as German language and literature with a focus on theatre and media at the University of Hamburg. Study and language stays in Florence, London, Córdoba/Argentina.
